Castle Cary & Ansford Carnival Society Newsletter – June 2026
CHILDRENS CARNIVAL – Saturday 10th October 3pm – 5pm. Why not start the day off with a hot beverage and maybe a cheeky Bacon Butty or a delicious cake from 10.00am at The Market House. “It’s All A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus” is our theme, so we hope to make your afternoon spooktacular!
EVENING CARNIVAL – Saturday 17th October starting from Ansford Academy at 7pm. Once again we will be welcoming the wonderfully creative carts and masqueraders , along with majorettes and fabulous bands, to keep you entertained through our wonderful streets.
Entry forms for both carnivals will be out on the 1st July.
ROYALS COMPETITION – If you would like your little one to be in with a chance of leading our carnivals then please see the entry forms when they are available here, on ccacs.org.uk
We hope to have more wonderful fundraising events for you in the coming months including, Treasure Hunts, Quizzes and Country and Western nights. So keep your eyes peeled on facebook and around the town for more information. Dates to be confirmed.
