Rules
- The age limit for all entrants is 14 years on carnival day.
- Judging of all classes occurs simultaneously; so only one class may be entered.
- Written consent from a responsible adult is required for each entry.
Additional Information - All entrants should be at Castle Cary Primary School by 2pm on Saturday 10th October 2026.
- There is no parking available at Castle Cary Primary School, or at the Scout Hut- please make use of the free town car park and walk across to the school.
- Judging will begin at 2:15 pm.
- The procession will begin at 3pm, starting at the primary school & finishing at the Market Place.
- Refreshments and a gift for all entrants will be available after the procession.
- All entrants must be accompanied by an adult who are also very welcome and much encouraged, but not expected to come in fancy dress.
- Volunteers to help with the street collection are much appreciated- fancy dress optional
