Children’s Carnival Road Closures

On Saturday 6 October, mandatory road closures will be in place between 3pm – 4pm, and in some cases to 5:30pm in the centre of Cary.

The following roads on the procession route will be closed between 3:00 – 4:00pm:

• Junction of Ansford Road/High Street (by Highfield House Nursing Home)
• Junction of Station Road/Victoria Road
• Junction of South Cary Lane/South Street
• Junction of South Street and Millbrook Gardens

The following roads will be closed for the entertainment programme between 4:00 – 5:30pm latest:

• Access to the town centre from Junction of Ansford Road/High Street (by Highfied Nursing Home)
• Left turn at the junction of Woodcock Street with the High Street
• Right turn at the junction of Bailey Hill with the High Street.
