Carnival Night 2022

Carnival Night 2022

Somerset’s Family Carnival, established in 1977, the date for your dairy is Saturday 15th October 2022.

We hope that this year will include the best of our very special and much loved 2021 procession, and mark the return of the traditional floats. Cue noise, lights and action!

Fund Raising

Please come and support our Coffee Morning on Saturday 5th March outside the Market House. This is the same date as the first Vintage Market of the year, so very easy to remember.

We will also be re-starting our very popular Bingo Nights. Held on the first Wednesday of every month at the Scout Hall, doors open at 6:30pm with eyes down at 7:30pm. We are known for offering great prizes and a warm  welcome.

How about helping out?

We would love to welcome more new faces to Cary and Ansford’s carnival family. One option is to help the friendly and informal committee organise the vital fund raising events as well as the carnival itself.

Another possibility is to get involved closer to carnival, perhaps by marshalling, or collecting.
